About the group

A Canadian company that runs the necessary work properly.

Vantage Service Group Inc. owns local home service businesses. Appliance repair is the largest piece. Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, detailing, junk removal, and pressure washing sit beside it.

The companies are privately held and the book has grown every year.

01

Appliance is the spine

The largest independent provider of repair, maintenance, and installation in Western Canada.

02

Client-facing brands

Customers call the local names. Vantage owns the vans, the parts bench, and the playbook.

03

Privately held

No public ticker. Growth is funded by the work rather than a story for a quarterly call.

04

Same stack, new trade

Marketing, hiring, and weekly numbers carry over when the group adds a vertical.

Meet the team

The people building the group behind the brands.

Four operating leaders, one shared view of the business: win the local market, support the people doing the work, and build systems that hold up as the group expands.

Where we work

Dense in the Lower Mainland first. Then Alberta.

About 75% of the work is Greater Vancouver and the rest of the Lower Mainland. That density is what makes a service company profitable: short drive times, a parts bench that knows the stock, and reviews that compound in one metro.

New locations open in Alberta and other provinces when the operating stack is ready, not when a map looks impressive in a deck.

How the group thinks

Four things we will not pretend about.

01 · Density

A home service company that is national on day one is usually a website. We stay thick in one market, then copy the model.

02 · Ticketed people

Red Seal, gas, refrigeration, appliance diagnostics. The brand is only as good as the person who knocks on the door.

03 · The unglamorous systems

Dispatch, parts, reviews, warranty paperwork, and callback rates are the company. The logo is the easy part.

04 · Owners who want a book

Franchise partners get the stack. They still have to run a local team. This is not a passive cheque.
