We own and operate three appliance repair companies, together the largest independent book in Western Canada. They share manufacturer, dealer, and distributor relationships, one dispatch stack, and one standard for how a job gets closed.
Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, garage doors, car detailing, junk removal, and pressure washing. Each one is being built on the appliance playbook rather than started from scratch.
New verticals get added when the same household already trusts us with something else, and when we can staff the routes properly on day one.

Furnace, AC, heat pump, and ventilation work. Technicians and apprentices wanted across Greater Vancouver, with Alberta locations opening.
Service electrical for the same households and buildings already on our appliance and HVAC routes. Electricians and apprentices are a current hire.
A local garage door brand in the portfolio, with technicians hired to run same-week residential work in the Lower Mainland.
A consumer-facing detailing brand in the group. Same playbook as the trades companies: dispatch, reviews, and a tight local offer.
Residential and light commercial cleanouts. Built as a route business, not a one-off truck and a Facebook page.
Exterior cleaning that shares the same customer list as our other home brands. Seasonal demand, year-round systems.
