The work
- Service calls: leaks, fixtures, water heaters, drain work, and light commercial.
- Repipe and replacement jobs when the house has earned them.
- Supervise an apprentice when the day needs a second set of hands.
- Keep photos and notes so warranty and billing are not a second job.
You need
- Red Seal plumber ticket.
- Valid BC driver's licence.
- Residential service experience in the Lower Mainland or a similar market.
Useful, not required
- Gas ticket in addition to plumbing.
- Tankless and heat-pump water heater installs.
